 Candidate: Competencies
  • Key technical competencies
    • Experience in Client/Business profitability Reporting
    • Experience in consolidation of financial information from various teams for preparation of Product P&L and business drivers
    • Expert knowledge in segment P&L & headcount analyses
    • Experience in preparation of flash report / dashboards and  management review packs
  • Preparation of monthly client profitability report, trend analysis and variance analysis with commentary
  • Preparation of revenue trend report with key drivers with commentary to help them understanding the evolution of their activity, producing numbers and running a precise analysis by nature, by business drivers, by product by segment etc
  • Flexible working with US teams on tight deliverables.
  • Preparation of product profitability report, trend analysis and variance analysis with commentary
  • Contribute to the monthly closings providing control and analysis of the figures for the monthly financial reporting production
  • Interact with various teams across USA to gather inputs for the monthly reporting /packs
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to JPMC internal finance team
  • Participate and provide inputs to the transformation projects
  • Creation of management review packs organized by segment and region and possibly customized as per senior management requirements
  • Expert control on the hefty Excels related to data extraction, consolidation and report finalization. This involves extraction of data from various tools/systems and alignment of the information to allow for creation of various management analyses report.
  • Generate various Excel based reports that provide management with information on trends, major movements and quarterly expense segmentation report with several other key measures with commentary
  • Should have the mindset to work ahead of 1-2 years
Candidate: Desirable Characteristics
  • Relevant experience ranging between 2-4 years in the accounting/ finance domain
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience for a large BFSI GIC or Captive will be considered favorably
  • Experience in Business Reporting, Revenue and Expense reporting, and similar environment will be considered favorably
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • High on general knowledge and an interest in staying tuned with global events & developments
  • Ability to understand objectives/ motivations of senior stakeholders and prepare presentations for the appropriate audience
  • Curious, energetic and highly proactive in nature and always focusing on opportunity arising from situations
  • “No excuses” culture and mindset as a belief system
  • Ability to consider multiple dimensions of an issue
  • Willingness to believe in oneself and assess situations as well as take risks when called for
  • Taking responsibility of people/ team around you and be a helping hand in grooming people to develop


Educational Qualifications
CMA / CA / CIMA / MBA (from reputed college)
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
In-depth knowledge in Excel and working knowledge in MS Access & PowerPoint is required
