With a diverse team of Compliance professionals supporting all areas of our business around the globe, the team is working diligently to be innovative and present all business partners with thoughtful and unique solutions to the challenges they face.  The Compliance function has a robust set of priorities in place focused on best practice and employee development to ensure goals are delivered.


The Firmwide Fiduciary Compliance Group (FFCG), within the Compliance Department, is responsible for JPMC’s Fiduciary and Conflicts of Interest Compliance Program across lines of business, including managing and enhancing the Fiduciary Compliance Program (including Governance & Oversight, Regulatory Management, Policies and Procedures, Training & Awareness, Monitoring & Testing, Issue Management and Risk Assessment & Reporting) consistently cross-LOB, as appropriate.  The team partners closely with the Compliance teams dedicated to each line of business to drive consistency across the Program.  The team supports the Firm’s Head of Fiduciary Compliance as well as the Chief Compliance Officer of Asset Management.  The team develops the strategic direction of the Compliance Fiduciary Program, governs the program and plays a critical role in supporting consistent application of the regulation cross-LOB.  The team is looking for an individual with strong experience in bank and non-bank fiduciary regulations, and regulatory engagement, to help oversee aspects of the Firm’s fiduciary-related regulatory interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee regulatory response and exam management on certain fiduciary related matters (with an initial focus on prudential regulatory interaction)
  • Coordinate, draft and syndicate key regulatory responses with senior management
  • program management capacity; be able to identify gaps and risks as well as drive initiative forward
  • Produce Compliance Fiduciary presentations for Senior Management
  • Develop and/ or support Compliance key fiduciary initiatives, including designing structure, developing execution plan and managing progress
  • Manage the Fiduciary regulatory changes across lines of business
  • Ensure holistic and consistent approach to initiatives across the Compliance Fiduciary organization

The successful candidate would have a proven track record of delivering in change management activities, and working with employees at all levels of the organization.  The candidate would have strong presentation skills and data analytical skills, including expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.   The expectation is that the candidate would operate in a complex, fast-paced environment and deliver results while being flexible.  The candidate should also be able to work independently, take initiative and think strategically to solve problems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong fiduciary-related regulatory subject matter expertise (prudential and/or non-prudential regulations)
  • Proven record of drafting and managing regulatory responses and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept in communicating complex messages succinctly, written and verbal
  • Experience in strategic initiatives, delivering results and change management
  • Ability to identify root cause amongst the noise
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Ability to connect the dots on various efforts to efficiently and effectively implement program
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adept in working with people at all levels in the organization and with various backgrounds
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • JD preferred, but not required 
  • 10+ years financial services industry experience
