Payment Fraud and Cyber threat technical lead is a senior position with the expectation of strong technology leadership, plus a deep specialization in Cyber Security and Payment Fraud
The Payment Fraud and Cyber threat technical lead is accountable for the development of Technology Roadmap across all of the channel applications and delivery of solutions to improve overall Cyber security and Payment Fraud 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Partners with Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Development and Operations teams to implement large and complex data solutions
  • Leads the development of Payment Fraud and Cyber roadmap
  • Plans and directs all product engineering activities
  • Ensures all engineering activities are in conformance with JPMC policies and objectives
  • Leads and directs the work of product engineers
  • Leads proof of concept research and development in line with emerging industry trends
  • Leads product design, development, and transition to operations
  • Leads concept design, product feasibility analysis, cost and infrastructure forecasting analysis
  • Leads technical engagement with audit, regulators, clients, and third parties when required
  • Leads failure analysis / root cause analysis when required
  • Provides technical supervision, oversight and problem resolution for engineering activities
  • Provides quality control of engineering deliverables
  • Identifies, recruits, and staffs resources required for product design, development, and test
  • Provides technical consultation to product management
  • Provides technical interface between development and operations teams
  • 7-10 years experience and understanding of cyber security
  • Engineering Degree in a technical discipline or similar experience
  • 7+ years of experience in delivery of global data solutions
  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience and capabilities
  • 7+ years of experience in complex organizations leading agile transformation
  • Demonstrated experience understanding, influencing and motivating clients and employees to embed security into their every day lives
  • Demonstrated experience working with innovation methodologies such as customer led design
  • Demonstrated experience understanding, influencing and managing third party relationships
  • Experience leading and delivering value through agile, lean and dev ops
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute
  • Experience running global development teams
  • Proven experience managing and recruiting diverse and geographically distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge and use of online collaboration and development tools
  • Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential. Comfortable working in a matrix management model with stakeholders and virtual teams across global locations
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
