The Custody & Fund Services Entitlements team is responsible for the end to end definition and delivery of two complex change programs.
Onboarding orchestration which will improve the end to end oversight and automation of Client Onboarding and change
Entitlements which will reengineer the client and internal user provisioning process to improve the client experience
The Product Development role will oversee design and delivery of key aspects of the strategic delivery, leveraging firm-wide capabilities to implement efficient and competitive solutions. The individual will deliver on the product development roadmap, partner with teams on the operational model and drive change aligned to the strategic roadmap.
The role requires a dynamic individual who is able to take ownership of various components of one or both of these programs of work, carrying out detailed analysis and in depth program management. This may involve , understanding & documentation how each system currently manages entitlements and/or onboarding, the existing processes followed for configuration and mapping to the proposed onboarding or provisioning tool. System and Process gaps will need to be identified and closed as we move to standard model across all services
This role is will be client focused and provides exposure to different areas of Custody & Fund Services , with ownership of tangible deliverables, and an opportunity to develop key subject matter expertise.

The Entitlements team forms part of the Client Services Platform group within Custody and Fund Services Product development.

- Deliver against the strategic On boarding and Entitlements roadmap through the full project life cycle, including analysis, design of the client experience and service model, and testing / migration of the components for delivery
- Perform role of POP (Product Owner Proxy) on cross functional scrum huddles across the sub streams
- Process mapping/modelling for revised Target Operating Models
- Document the requirements and design the product offering to provide a competitive client experience
- Partner with the technology team in the development of the toolset, providing guidance and follow up where necessary
- Identify opportunities for improvement, presenting them to management and helping to affect change
- Day to day management of migration and remediation’s undertaken
- Coordinate the user testing and rollout of the new product, managing feedback and implementing additional enhancements based on priorities
- Proactive escalation of issues/risk in partnership with operations and technology
Knowledge and Experience of Custody and Fund Services.
Understanding of agile and be able to perform Product Owner duties.
Strong Project Management Skills, must be organized and able to deconstruct a project into achievable deliverables
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data attributes and their usage in detail and draw structured conclusions.
