JP Morgan Intelligent Solutions (JPMIS) specializes in transforming JPMorgan Chase data assets into actionable analytics, insights and technologies that provide measurable business value for partners throughout JPMC. 

JPMC generates and consumes enormous quantities of data. We responsibly use our data in marketing, loan underwriting, market-making, client selection, credit underwriting and risk management, among other areas. JPMIS's firmwide Big Data efforts are designed to drive value by increasing revenue, reducing cost, mitigating risk and increasing workforce productivity

The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for working across our teams to develop and deliver client solutions. This role is a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction), project management (leading the development and rollout of data/analytics driven products) and analyses (both data and processes). The successful candidate will be able to help design solutions to meet specific client needs, establish a plan for their development and then lead the development and implementation.

The position will offer an opportunity to:


  • Establish a grounding within the Big Data and Machine Learning space.
  • Partner with a variety of internal clients to solve business problems and provide strategic insights through data mining, analytics and modeling. 
  • Derive a broad understanding of different businesses within JPMC as well as external parties, and the opportunity to use data to drive business performance. 



  • The successful candidate will be able to bring order to disparate requirements, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity, very strong problem solving skills, and excellent client engagement skills.  
  • Define and on-board new product / solution opportunities i.e., take high level ideas, pressure test feasibility, and assess the market for the ideas. 
  • Coordinate consultant and staff resources to create maximum efficiency and productivity. More specifically, develop, plan, and schedule projects, working closely with key technology and business stakeholders in the development, testing and implementation of solutions. Coordinate team activities with other project managers.


A successful candidate will be able to:

  • Navigate the corporate technology landscape through the entire product life cycle; work with cross-functional service lines to deliver an end-to-end solution
  • Clearly articulate ideas (how will a product add value? for which clients?) 
  • Clearly define analytics (and work with data scientists to execute the analytics) 
  • Drive decision making at JPMC
  • Undergraduate degree in a technology or quantitative discipline required
  • Experience in Data / Business Intelligence or Big Data technologies required
  • Experience in product development and Agile project management
  • Experience in managing teams in a matrixed organization
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Proven track record in the financial services industry
  • Consulting/trusted advisor orientation to influence both internal & external business partners
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills – the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
