HRSD provides vital services in the areas of Payroll, HR Call Center (accessHR), Employee On and Off Boarding, Data Management, Benefits Administration and Project Management. The Payroll Data Operations Analytics Manager will report to the Head of North America Payroll and will be responsible to inform, influence and improve operations by leveraging the convergence of data, process, and technology. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Create and lead the Payroll Analytics function to ensure accurate data, inform business performance, data-based-decision making, strategic future for informatics, influence technology and develop end-to-end continuous process improvement
Inform and enhance operational performance and effectiveness with data
Implement new and evolve existing KPIs, metrics, dashboards, capacity and business process inventory; evaluate business performance, and timely distribution to leadership
Design and implement methodologies for root cause analysis, conduct impact analyses, and utilize problem solving methodologies to identify areas for corrective action and process improvements; using tools that include data analytics best practices, process reviews, system development, and quality/audits
Using data, manage and prioritize continuous process improvement and operational excellence by reporting of operational performance, system performance, process performance, and quality metrics across NA Payroll and HRSD
Lead project teams and coordinate activities required to implement initiatives resulting from analytics and process excellence outputs
Mentor, develop personnel and create culture of process analytics, process excellence, continuous improvement, audit readiness, and collaboration within HR, and with partners in Finance and Technology drive and embed a culture of data driven analytical decision making across the business
