Role Description and Responsibilities:
A key part of the EMEA Capital Policy Team, analysing and advising on current and future EMEA capital policy regulatory issues with a particular focus on the European regulatory rules contained in CRDIV.A particular focus on counterparty credit risk, both from a modelled (IMM) and standardised perspective, is desirable.
Advising on the prudential regime, interpreting aspects of the current framework and providing advice to internal stakeholders, along with the ability to engage with external advocacy efforts. Participation in the process for approving new business initiatives and determining their effect on our regional regulatory ‘footprint’ and complex transactions dealing with structuring teams.
