Global Compliance Practices plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's compliance mission.  The Compliance function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures and monitors compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Compliance   teams work closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer will be responsible for assessing Compliance‚Äôs adherence to established requirements and best practices. This includes ensuring that processes and controls meet the established standards of quality including accuracy, reliability, and documentation.  
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Evaluating the adequacy and quality of work performed
  • Applying quality assurance procedures, sampling methodology, and related guidance
  • Developing and maintaining supporting evidence and documentation
  • Identifying and recommending areas of improvement
  • Communicating QA results with the impacted stakeholders and senior management
  • Planning and executing testing in an organized, analytical, and timely fashion
  • Collecting statistical QA data for reporting and trend analysis

  • College degree, specializing in Legal and Regulatory requirements, Business, Technology, Operations, Industry Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • +3 years risk and control, testing, audit, or investigation  experience in a legal/regulatory/business/Compliance environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Ability to network with internal customer community to foster positive and proactive approach to resource prioritization and deployment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office skills, including Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Visio.
