Job Description:

The position participates in key initiatives, projects, and process design for the Commercial Bank Commercial Real Estate Business Execution Team. 


Key responsibilities include:

  • Document the detailed business specifications; translate business requirements into user stories and working closely with the development teams

  • You will participate in Sprint reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined specifications; identify/troubleshoot application related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation

  • Will be responsible to identify and/or propose business solutions

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to the requirements, information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps

  • Write and maintain requests and/or queries to support production readiness/production support

  • Work closely with team to investigate issues and resolve any system discrepancies

  • Follow, contribute to and create production support best practices and processes

  • Analyze a wide range of business/system information and presentations used across the organization for accuracy and consistency

  • Identify process improvements and help with automate and streamline existing processes




  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science desired)
  • Advanced analysis and problem solving skills, wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of industry practices

  • Minimum 3 – 5+ experience with Agile

  • Excellent Systems Documentation skills.  Background with creating User Stories Documents, Data Flow, and Process Flow Diagrams

  • Excellent analysis and technical skills - able to collaborate with business users, gather requirements, propose streamlined, efficient and timely solutions and understand technical implications and needs

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
