As a Consumer Banking Project Execution Manager you will support functions such as financial management, demand management, management reporting, issue and risk tracking, resource planning, and score-carding.

Role Description:
•Responsible for facing-off with key business partners in order to understand the strategy, priority and roadmap objectives for the business
•Responsible for partnering with the business through the demand management process associated to the Continuous Release cycle- to include PPL, prioritization, IT estimates/sizing, negotiating capacity constraints/ tradeoffs and final project alignment for each release
•Responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery and Execution (Scope through Implementation) of the key programs and projects which are aligned to the business' area of focus
•May leads small to large complex technology projects containing multiple, interrelated projects targeting to achieve an overall business goal
•Leads projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation
•Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant Firmwide guidelines. Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects
•Manages budget for assigned project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
•Adhoc business managment functions and executive deck creation

•Project Planning and Tracking: Develops organizational structure to address specific needs of the project.
•Business Value Delivered: Able to translate business strategy into defined projects. Responsible for continued delivery of maximum business value across the assigned projects.
•Dealing with Ambiguity: Understands broad view of portfolio/projects and can provide clear direction/consistent progress towards portfolio/project goals in the face of conflicting priorities
•Decision-Making: Strong decision making skills and willingness to escalate to management when needed
•Organizational Agility: Ability to apply organizational agility skills working with Senior Dir + and cross business unit/LOB to ensure all needs met for portfolio/project  

•College degree, specializing in Business, Technology or equivalent work experience 
5 years of experience in information Technology with an emphasis on Technology Program and Project Management
•5 years project management experience in a combined business / technology environment
•Experience in a Project Office role / environment with knowledge of Software

•Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Practices is a must
•Ability to generate support from a wide-range of stakeholders and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners and external constituencies
•Experience managing projects with multiple technologies that are geographically dispersed
•Proven experience with program and project management processes; including project planning, issue management, risk management, resource tracking, management score-carding, and managing budgets
•Ability to network with internal customer community to foster positive and proactive approach to resource prioritization, demand and capacity
•Experience in dealing with both senior executives and their teams and style that promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork
•Demonstrated experience making independent critical fact-based decisions while understanding the appropriate escalation-points
•A pragmatic problem solver and “out-of-the box” analytical thinker that is capable of challenging the operating norm and making recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
•Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with solid project management ability
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project
•Ability to manage to tight deadlines with a mindset for flexibility
•Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly
