Job Description:
  • Run governance and update meetings with key global stakeholders
  • Planning and reporting of the project, including participation in various governance forums
  • Establishing program/project standards for governance and stakeholder communications
  • Developing executive level presentations and metrics for senior management reporting / updates
  • Establishing reporting processes, tools and data sets
  • Performing analysis on key issues and risks within the project
  • Performing targeted process reengineering
  • Coordinating process reengineering and facilitate implementation
  • Strategy experience from a top tier consulting firm, including KYC experience
  • Business management experience in the financial services industry
  • Project management experience of at least 3 experience; understanding of Operations within Financial Services industry is a plus
  • Analytics and modelling skills
  • Core Project Management skills:  Ability to develop and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, budget, resourcing requirements and business goals; experience in creating meaningful metrics; effective in change management
  • Strong Partnership and Presence:  Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and senior management
  • Previous experience in strategic and tactical initiatives: Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills: Takes ownership and is accountable for area of responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Process reengineering experience
  • Executive level presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to be flexible and follow tight deadlines
