Team description: CCB (Consumer and Community Bank) Analytics is a small, dynamic team that directly supports the CCB CFO. The team provides financial analyses and perspective to senior management, which support decision-making on high-profile, topical issues. CCB Analytics is also responsible for providing pertinent and timely competitive analysis. Additionally, in partnership with strategy and finance teams across the CCB businesses (i.e., Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, Credit Card, Merchant Services, and Auto/Student Finance), CCB Analytics assists Investor Relations and the Chase communications team with crafting external talking points regarding CCB’s strategy, financial performance and industry trends. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work across many teams within CCB and the firm more broadly, and provides exceptional exposure to senior management.

 

Responsibilities:

The Associate candidate will be an integral member of the team, contributing to a variety of projects/workstreams:
  • Materials for publically disclosed JPM presentations (e.g., quarterly earnings, Investor Day, and industry conferences)
  • Competitor analysis for peer disclosures during earnings season and at industry conferences/investor days
  • Preparation materials for senior management meetings with JPM investors and sellside analysts
  • CCB CEO and CFO materials for OC meetings, monthly CCB leadership team meetings, strategic offsites, and town hall presentations
  • Ad-hoc analytics and presentations for senior management

 

BAU vs. Project split: 30% / 70%
