Job Description:

Global Real Estate's Client Relations analyst plays a lead role in supporting the client relations and strategy and portfolio management efforts of the firm’s global real estate investment platform.  This position will support the Real Estate Asia-Pacific business’ investment strategies and the Omni Solutions Program and work closely with the dedicated global sales team assigned to the strategies as it relates to the management and marketing of all fund related activities. Excellent communication (written and verbal), product marketing, analytical, financial, time management and organizational skills, attention to detail as well as interest in real estate are a must. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Analyze client and market data to identify appropriate marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Develop innovative and creative ways to market investment products to Institutional Investors
  • Create and update all marketing collateral including marketing pitch book, investor welcome packages, product profiles and teasers, ad hoc materials, etc.
  • Support with requests from senior marketers (client portfolio managers), portfolio managers and investment team on outstanding issues
  • Complete and/or review requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires(DDQ), quarterly/monthly client/consultant questionnaires and ad hoc requests
  • Keeping abreast of our competitors:  how they are positioned and how we can best position/market our funds
  • Assist in on-going prospecting initiatives by staying on top of news feeds for potential search/RFP activities
  • Assist with all operational/administrative duties associated with client on-boarding and account maintenance
  • Write and/or oversee the production and distribution of monthly/quarterly fund-level and client-level reports such as snap shots, quarterly and annual financial reports, investor statements, investor cash flow notices, etc.
  • Work with internal constituent groups across the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific, consultants and clients to answer questions and address issues
  • Work with our locally based finance team to complete fund-level and client/consultant specific analysis, i.e., cash flow analysis, cost basis analysis, IRR analysis, investment experience attribution, etc. 
  • Supporting internal marketing efforts to JPMAM and Global Real Estate sales force - providing client relations and sales support
  • Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help team continue to improve productivity
  • No more than two years of work experience following completion of undergraduate program
  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with financial product analysis, marketing, operations and/or management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent financial, math and/or accounting skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Undergraduate/graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field
