As a Shared Services Technical Writer and Communications Analyst, you will drive communication and training for CCB Production Management organization, providing development and delivery of training curriculum in support of new or changes/modifications to processes or targeted training initiatives to staff across the organization.  Selected individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of training strategy for Production Management initiatives, with key focus on Agile and DevOps.

  • Drive strategy as a leader and subject matter expert
  • Develop and deliver training curriculum using Captivate tool
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within production management to identify core training needs
  • Host webcast sessions across multi sites/record adobe sessions to align with targeted training
  • Coordinate load and tracking of developed curriculum for Production Management in eLearning
  • Testing of eLearning changes to ensure no impacts to Prod Management training curriculum
  • Facilitate and /or deliver training as required (lunch and learns, quarterly release training and or targeted training initiatives)
  • Identify and manage targeted training opportunities with external vendors
  • Setup of classroom schedule/technology setup in support of targeted training initiatives
  • Build and launch ConfirmIt surveys and reporting in support of training initiatives
  • Manage training requests received via intake queues

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related technology or business field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery including webcast and adobe recording sessions
  • Demonstrated experience and success defining, driving and delivering training initiatives.
  • Demonstrated successful delivery through verbal and written communication with partners, stakeholders and senior management.
  • Self confident, self directed, and ability to work with various levels of staff and management
  • Experience with Captivate training tool
  • Experience with Confirmit survey tool is a plus
  • Experience in production management environment preferred
  • Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning required Ability to remain calm, work in a fast paced, at times pressured environment, and balance competing priorities

  • Strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps processes preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Webcast/Adobe recording
  • Experience with eLearning or former training central tools is a plus
