Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management is a global leader in Investment and Wealth Management services with assets under management of $1.8 trillion. Asset Management offers variety of products to institutional and retail clients across Fixed Income, Equity, Real Assets and Asset Allocation through various sales channels (i.e., Institutional and Funds Management) across diverse market sectors and geographic regions.

Global Account Information Group

The Product Delivery team is responsible for the end-to-end solutioning, facilitation and implementation of investment strategies for our CS&BP Clients and JPMorgan Funds globally.  The Team consists of Product Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Analysts and the Account Information Group (AIG). 


The team interface directly with representatives from Product Development, Investment Desks, Operations, Overseas Offices (US, UK, Asia), Third Party Vendors, Risk and Control functions.


The Role: AIG - Account Onboarding and Data Manager

As an Account Onboarding & Data Manager you will be responsible for providing a dedicated and professional account information & documentation function for the business. Working closely with the Product Delivery Managers, you will be responsible for the oversight and facilitation of the set-up of new accounts on JPMorgan investment accounting systems, the on-going maintenance of both Client and Fund accounts, as well as mandatory requirements through regulatory change.This is a key role with daily interaction with representatives from various areas of business and external parties



  • Provide oversight of all team deliverables including:

  • All aspects of new account set up and on-going maintenance of for both Clients and Funds; key activities include account data input within pertinent systems based on documentation and business rules as well as coordination with operations and client service providers to complete key deliverables for various event types

  • Coordination and preparation of documentation with Client’s Custodian and Transfer Agents

  • Ownership and execution of relevant Regulatory reporting

  • Project management and coordination of vanilla initiatives (Fund Closures, Hedge Share Classes/Share Class launches) with stakeholders across the business producing the required documentation  

  • Work in partnership with Product Delivery & Client Account Managers to address client inquiries and respond to information or audit requests

  • Stakeholder management – effective communication and regular status reporting to key business stakeholders

  • Review and circulate weekly and monthly MIS reports to internal stakeholders

  • Manage capacity and assignment of activities across the team

  • Review and sign-off departmental procedures/templates and checklists

  • Manage and deliver team improvement initiatives to enhance overall controls and scalability

  • Effective issue escalation management – identify, maintain and monitor key risks and issues

  • People management, including specific training, mentoring and coaching/career development of the team members. Lead weekly team meetings and complete appraisals

  • Proactively be aware of industry changes / departmental issues / initiatives and be able to discuss and present these to a senior audience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial services industry
  • Prior supervisory experience in asset management, custody or financial operations (preferable)
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Ability to influence change
  • Methodical and self-disciplined
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Good coordination and time management 
  • Flexibility; ability to adapt to change
  • Detail-orientated
