Description
J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a talented Digital channels lead to join its London-based Digital team. The role requires the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across the EMEA countries, working collaboratively with the local marketing teams, business owners, central specialist groups and senior management to enable the successful delivery of key digital campaigns and activities, including the EMEA elements of the global digital improvement program. The successful individual will possess a good understanding and keen interest across the Digital Marketing spectrum alongside strong project delivery and campaign / stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities include:

Lead the teams that support the Agile delivery of digital projects from integrated campaign activity to BAU web build, new CMS re-platforming and product data projects.

Work with the delivery managers and country heads setting regional priorities and communicating the release plans and content schedules

Responsible for the delivery of product metrics (KPI’s) and use those metrics to drive prioritization of workloads

Partner with business owners (BO), subject matter experts (SMEs) and the relevant digital teams to deliver best in class digital campaigns and improvements to the digital experience.

Be seen as a digital expert with a broad competency across Web, Mobile, UX, Paid search, digital Marketing and Analytics

The successful candidate will have vast experience across the digital landscape and have the ability to translate technical information and communicate business impact / benefit effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
You must be passionate about digital marketing, technology and design principles, understanding the many components that deliver rewarding and successful digital experiences every step of the way will be essential. You will have an opinion on the future of digital at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and you are willing to contribute to the firm’s evolution to embrace the utilization of existing and new digital channels to its fullest potential.
Your team
This position will be based from our London office with the regional UK & EMEA digital team. Specialist digital support will be spread across the US with a large contingent in our New York head office and extended technology teams and digital partners in APAC.
The role will interact closely with the relevant marketing leaders & teams for the respective regions to understand strategic direction, business objectives and development of assets. Working regularly with digital media & creative agencies to execute & optimise the plans, with the digital teams for more specialist support in specific areas (development, design/UX, content, analytics, social & CRM), and fundamentally with the regional and global heads of digital to enable the overall digital transformation in the business.
Leading a team of 3, reporting into you will be a team of specialists that focus on digital campaign management, product & website development.
Responsibilities

Support the strategy definition, supervise the planning and ongoing activities including maintaining the quality and consistency of our websites

Enhance relationships with regional and country marketing teams to bolster digital support across the UK & Continental Europe

Support the planning of and oversee the execution of the overall digital strategy to increase drive the high priority digital KPI’s

Own full mix digital campaigns and programmes, identifying opportunity and setting clear KPIs, working with agencies and internal resources to optimise.

Drive collaboration across digital teams to expose full suite of capabilities to the broader marketing organisation across paid search / acquisition, email, social media and UX.

Provide both ad hoc and proactive strategic support/consultancy for marketing and sales teams

Supervise ongoing activities and drive the quality and consistency of our digital marketing activity towards a best in class model

Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customers digital experience
