Chase Consumer & Community Banking serves nearly 66 million consumers and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others.
The Program Management office works across the different LOB’s in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) to identify and analyze key strategic questions that underpin decisions made by the key businesses. This role is dynamic, fast paced, and covers a broad range of issues impacting the Consumer & small business financial services industry.      
  • Partner closely with internal business partners to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Entails working with the different business lines such as Card, Auto, Mortgage, and Business Banking to identify use cases to harness the power of internal Chase and external data, and execute on those use cases to deliver bottom line results
  • Drive the initiative to develop a Customer Level score to facilitate underwriting and marketing decisions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision for an Integrated Customer Decision engine and successfully drive to execution
  • Deliver insightful recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner
  • Adopt a pragmatic approach in driving projects from ideation stage to execution
  • Approach all projects from a fully integrated point of view, emphasizing digital first (online & mobile)


  • 8 years + of business management or consulting experience with a proven record of high performance
  • Demonstrated problem solving orientation and ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Deep expertise in financial services industry
  • Preferred experience in Management Consulting, credit risk management, or internal strategy roles in the Consumer financial services industry
  • Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, etc. 
  • Ability to ideate simplified and integrated application experiences for a digital-first world (online & mobile)
  • Strong verbal/written communication, relationship building, and critical thinking skills
  • A demonstrated bias for action
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment.  You should be someone who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, —as seen through leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
