FinRisk Warehouse (FRW) is a strategic component of the Finance. The Risk Infrastructure is managed by Finance & Risk CFO Operations area within Corporate Finance.  We are responsible to source, control and monitor the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, reconciliation with General Ledger of all transaction and position information, on behalf of Finance and Risk.  The Central PMO team takes the lead in driving a wide spectrum of strategic reporting initiatives to the senior management and coordinate inputs from all streams of the Program.
Working on the Finance Risk Convergence Program as a Central PMO Associate will include:
  • Work on the team of the Central PMO, reporting into the Program Management Lead; the role has direct exposure to JPMC Corporate Finance Risk and Treasury leadership across multiple contents, Strategic Data Sourcing being one of the core Roadmap programs, which would include reporting at Program level, Regulatory, and internal initiatives.
  • Drive and/or assist in creating executive reports and presentations for senior management, including decks and metrics that require creative approach to work and proficient use of Power Point / Excel.
  • Liaise on a regular basis with team leads and other stakeholders of the Program to ensure that reporting reflects accurate and timely information.
  • Working on multiple tasks in a flexible agenda that adjusts to the management’s priorities.
  • Leveraging on financial products knowledge to produce effective messages; for instance, asset-driven Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Responsibility for timely organizing inputs coming from other sources of the organization and excellent time management skills, as well as flexibility by identifying, driving and participating in project management milestones, phases as well as specific action items.
  • Actively participate and collaborate in work stream meetings and ad hoc working sessions including preparing meeting minutes and keeping track of agreed actions.
  • Effectively communicate with peers and colleagues across different groups and functions. Escalate issues as appropriate.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Academic background in Business Management, Accounting, Corporate Finance is a plus
  • 3+ year experience in Big 4 Advisory Firms focused on Financial Services clients is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail as well as the ability to summarize and present
  • Ability to identify and ask questions as appropriate
  • Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical / critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi task
