The Digital Wealth Management (DWM) organization aims to create a fully-integrated digital experience for investment clients across the wealth continuum. DWM partners closely with the business, both in Global Wealth Management (GWM) globally and Chase Wealth Management (CWM) in US – including senior management and front office leaders – to ensure the DWM roadmap and digital product offerings meet client needs and enhance their relationships with the firm. In delivering a compelling, omni-channel journey through the entire client life cycle, DWM will extend and amplify the firm’s wealth management experience through digital. Tight collaboration with functional partners and control areas is essential in DWM’s goal of executing against a multi-year strategic initiative that will drive growth in financial performance, increase business and operational efficiency, improve client satisfaction and increase market share.


Position Overview:

Digital Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated and effective Analyst / Associate to focus on, build out and improve the clients’ online and mobile products across the International Private Bank (PB) business. Although having a strong focus on the Asia region, the candidate will work with a global team implementing projects across EMEA, ASIA and LATAM.


In this role the candidate will report directly to the Head of the International Private Banking Digital Platform working on both regional and International program initiatives. A main part of the role will be the ability to partner with regional business and product managers and coordinate with leads in Online support, Client service, technology, design, Legal & Control. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of project management best practices, understand the digital landscape, have an interest in platform data analytics and be familiar with technology and operational planning processes. All candidates should have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an underlying passion for digital engagement.



  • Help to produce and monitor regular platform reporting and analytics, including meaningful metrics to measure successful implementation of the program
  • Coordinate and perform extensive user-acceptance testing and validation
  • Manage assignments throughout the project lifecycle including creating testable business requirements, detailing specifics of the project scope
  • Work with colleagues in the International Platform team and in technology to ensure a successful release cycle process and streamlined delivery of new enhancements to the platform.
  • Partner effectively with technology and operations to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements
  • Prepare presentations to inform and update Senior Management, and business stakeholders on project plans, goals and progress
  • Business degree and/or certification preferred but not required
  • Understanding of digital engagement and genuine interest in digital developments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Experience working within or understanding of an agile product development framework, and associated technologies
  • Strong commitment to professional responsibilities, a degree of self-motivation suitable for a “start-up” team, and superior work ethic with adaptability to push beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute with calmness under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according many variables including business and client needs, competitive and industry trends, resource and funding availability, and internal trade-offs
  • Strong presentation creation and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio skills
