The Credit Bureau Operations (CBO) organization is responsible for the reporting of consumer data for all lines of business within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) to all consumer credit reporting agencies (e.g. Equifax, TransUnion, Experian). Operations Analysts within the CBO Management Reporting team support the broader CBO organization by developing and delivering meaningful, high-quality reporting which provides insight to key metrics, trends, and issues. This particular position will focus on managing day-to-day reporting deliverables, performing ad-hoc analysis, creating presentations, presenting results, and managing reporting projects for the Management Reporting team.

  • Create and present management and executive-level reports
  • Manage reporting team projects to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Continually improve existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Report definition – capturing report requirements from end-users, documenting requirements, designing mock-ups, identifying and validating data sources, creating job aids for report generation


Report generation – data collection/aggregation, producing reports, providing data analysis and data quality validation, managing report approval process, distributing and storing reports per standards, providing meaningful and efficient summary commentary


Report management – updating reports based on new requirements and system changes, updating report documentation, ensuring compliance with change management processes

  • 3-5 years of reporting/data analyst experience
  • Very proficient in Excel
  • Experience with SQL, capable of understanding and updating existing queries at a minimum
  • Experience in creating reports using BI tools (Cognos, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Experience working in Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server database environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of credit reporting processes and data sources preferred
  • Process automation experience preferred
