As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you will be responsible for identifying and reporting incidences of non-compliance to procedures, processes and regulations by reviewing loan documentation and various loan systems for accuracy/completeness.  
Qualifications:

Experience/skills:
  • Financial services industry practices and regulatory requirements, including lending, loan processing and support operations
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity
  • Extensive experience with reading and interpreting loan and compliance documentation/must be able to read and interpret any type of internal/external note
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent decision-making skills are crucial, as are oral and written communication skills
  • Productivity and flexibility through shifting priorities and deadlines are required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
  • Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs, and policies
  • Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking,  and/or Private Banking is a plus
  • Experience with LIQ, ARC, STRATEGY, VLS, RLOTS, ACBS, Ivault, and/or DealWorks is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access is a plus
Education:
  • 2-3 years of related experience and an undergraduate degree, including course work in accounting, finance, business, statistics and/or economics is preferred
  • Any combination of education and/or experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the duties of the position
