The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Technical Implementations Group (TIM) is responsible for implementing TS Core Cash Management and Card products with a focus on integrating the clients’ payments and receivables systems with the bank’s processing systems through file-based transmissions.  The role is exclusively client-based with 50% or more of the time being direct client interaction.  Depending on the team, the concurrent work load is between 8 – 30 client projects.  Additionally, with CBCO’s focus on improving client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and efficiency, there will be expected participation on projects and initiatives outside of direct client work.
The CBCO TIM Business Analyst & Testing Manager is responsible for providing file mapping guidance, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and managing Production Migration and Production Verification support to external clients implementing PaySource (ACCESS Host-to-Host Payments). This role will take a consultative approach with clients to understand their business requirements, assist them with their mapping of complex file formats, and manage all aspects of client testing to ensure a successful implementation. This role will work with various internal business partners to establish test environment platforms that include file transmissions, automated triggering of batch jobs, and ensuring successful file delivery to back office systems.  This role will take ownership of resolving file formatting issues during the test process to ensure a successful client implementation experience.

  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA 
  • Ownership, transparency and escalation of risk issues when they occur in a timely basis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal partners through verbal and written (primarily e-mail) channels
  • Comfortable using available technology such as WebEx and virtual meetings to enhance client discussions
  • Comfortable interacting with technology teams (application development, Quality Assurance, Production Support)
  • Maintain documentation on a mix of the following file formats:  ANSI EDI X12, EDIFACT, Global Flat File (internal), SAP IDOC, SWIFT and XML ISO20022)
  • Collaborate with business partners to research and analyze client mapping issues and work with the client to provide resolution during UAT and Production
•The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. 
  • 10 years of relevant work experience in a professional setting
  • 5 years of project/program management experience
  • 3 years experience working with XML ISO20022 file format; EDI file format experience
    Preferred Qualifications: 
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Prior experience in implementations, client service and/or treasury services
