 The Product Readiness Lead will work closely with the Product leadership team to drive End-to-End Product Management across Merchant Services through consistent and thorough documentation and information management.  This individual will draw on a client-centric product marketing background to help produce best in class product collateral to support our internal stakeholders in sales, boarding and operations and help make complex capabilities appear seamless to our clients.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead review of all existing product collateral materials to identify the appropriate collection of collateral to maintain and coordinate the refresh of all materials that will be maintained
  • Work across product organization to produce and keep current repository of strategic and tactical information related to each capability in market
  • Partner with the Field Strategy team and product managers to ensure the Product team's Knowledge Central site is the go-to internal JPMC resource for Merchant Services Product knowledge
  • Define the content strategy for a product area and work with other leads and cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams
  • Help shape the strategic vision and goals for the entire content strategy
  • Manage a small team of external agency copywriters, ensuring timely delivery of collateral iterations and providing coaching on content, style, tone, and layout.
  • Author and edit educational content on products for both internal and external constituencies
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Typically requires a minimum 6-8 years’ experience
  • A Minimum of 4 years in payments, technology, e-commerce or financial services
  • Portfolio of writing samples
  • General business strategy acumen, talent for communication of complex business topics
  • Excellent written communication skills, and complex project management skills
  • Must have strategy, marketing, or content management background, with exposure to product development and project management processes
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Publisher and/or advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
