Job Description:
As a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Business and Technical Lead you will be responsible for analysis, feasibility assessment and delivery of RPA Use Cases for various lines of business within CCB.
You will utilize your expert Business, Technical and Project Management skills to facilitate the implementation of feasible RPA candidates.
You are responsible for the entire project life cycle from concept initiation through reporting and implementation.
RPA Use Cases will vary in complexity depending on business and technical requirements.
A thorough understanding of business processes and technology constructs will drive success in this role.
The ability to collaborate across teams is essential.
The position will focus not only on traditional project management activities, but also focus on supporting the business with recommendations and solutions to improve business processes, workflows, reporting, audit controls and technical system solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Technical lead remediating blockers from a technical and business perspective impacting RPA Use Cases.
  • Resolve project conflicts with affected management and business partners.
  • Influence work of others and facilitate group progress.
  • Communicate with senior management on regular basis; project updates and issues risk solutions.
  • Collaborate with all internal work groups (technology, products, legal compliance, training, communications, etc.)
  • Define problems needs and solutions involving substantial latitude in course of action.
  • Direct the activities of project work-streams to ensure project delivery requirements.
  • Manage complex multiple Use Cases simultaneously.
  • Identify project risks, determine impacts solutions and probability assessments
  • Develop and drive RPA Use Cases based upon end-state vision for the business process being considered for RPA.
  • Expert with agile development and automation tools.
  • Utilizing your expert Visio skills interpret and enhance current state process maps and design future state process based upon business and technical requirements.
  • Create and manage project plans working directly with business units, Controls, UAT and Technical teams across the firm.
  • Manage project plans with accuracy, timely updates and with standard project management disciplines.
  • Manage to on-time project delivery and expected benefits.
  • Projects involve sizable business process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Data mining and mapping experience required
  • 3+ years experience  with Banking Products and systems
  • Robotics Process Automation development expertise preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management Business Analyst
  • 5+ years experience in Process Improvement Workflow Design 
  • Expert Communication skills
  • Project coordination and organizational skills Customer I Client Needs Management Leadership and facilitation skills
  • Flexible, innovative, with good interpersonal and influencing skills Expert in Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint
