  • Research, handle, resolve issues  with clients and service partners
  • Uses industry knowledge around  messenger, mail, copy, courier, office printing and other business services
  • Escalates when necessary to local management and regional lead
  • Analyze service short falls
  • Generate monthly metrics and review with vendors
  • Manage daily performance of service vendors against contract terms
Knowledge
  • Understanding of business services (i.e., mail, messenger, office print, workflow, copy centers, couriers, etc.)
  • Business process and procedures
  • English (advanced written and spoken)
