Key Responsibilities

As a Fund Operation Specialist in Hong Kong Operations Team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the team to handle data management related tasks and initiatives.

  • Perform pricing/pricing oversight for equities, fixed income, ETD/OTC derivatives or structured products etc
  • Set up security codes for security trading
  • Set up broker or cash/security settlement instructions
  • Coordinate with various parties such as fund managers, technology or vendors to resolve issues in all operational areas
  • Resolve data conflict with other regions
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
  • Run project meetings & prepare meeting agenda/minutes
  • Daily meeting with outsourcing vendor & overseas offices
  • Review metrics provided by the outsourcing vendors/offshoring teams
  • Attend Global pricing meeting/forum
  • Prepare regular reporting

Qualification
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years (Associate) and 3 years (Professional) of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  •  An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Strong data sensitivity & detail minded
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with ability to work under a high volume transaction environment
  • Working on shift hours and public holidays are required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent in MS Excel, Power Point and/or MS Access
