Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services across then firm. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
 
The Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for driving GTI-wide strategic programs and transformational initiatives. The team partners with numerous teams across GTI to drive organisational change programs and continuous improvement, aligning transformation initiatives to the Global Technology ‘GT Vision’ pillars – Optimising Infrastructure, Accelerating Development and Advancing You.
 
As a Strategy Analyst working in Strategy & Transformation, you will perform a wide range of activities in order to help create sustainable change in pursuit of organisational excellence.  These include thought leadership, strategic analysis and planning, facilitation, coaching, communication and change management across multiple global transformation initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic planning and delivery of key transformational activities
    • Working with employees from all areas of Technology to support them in continuous improvement
    • Coaching, Facilitation, training and communications of workshops, events and activities
    • Telling the story through both qualitative and quantitative data presentation
    • Developing and experimenting with frameworks and methods to increase engagement of the workforce
    • Working with key stakeholders from across the firm to maintain a unified vision and strategy across both technological and organizational transformation efforts
 

 

  • 2 + years of experience working as part of a team driving organizational strategy and change
    • Significant experience adopting agile and lean values, principles and practices with demonstrable results
  • An aptitude and passion for learning and sharing knowledge, particularly in the areas of organizational design, strategy, culture and team building.
    • Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications
    • Experience facilitating workshops, coaching others and creating alignment across disparate groups
    • Experience of working with senior leaders to advise and influence strategic direction
  • Experience working in change management roles driving cultural transformation
    • Highly disciplined in approach and a laser focus on delivery
    • Experience of working in small teams
  • Able to write good quality, compelling copy using simple language
  • Confident communicating across different channels, presentations, 1-2-1, social media, etc
  • A plus would be experience creating inspiring visuals, animations or infographics
  • Able to work collaboratively and not afraid to challenge assumptions
  • Pragmatic and creative
  • Confident, Empathic and tactful
  • Able to balance considerable pressure with good humour
  • Results-oriented; a completer/finisher with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to use initiative and work without supervision when necessary
