J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analyst Recruiter for Mexico, with responsibility of provide the highest level of service to our internal clients and candidates. The main objective will be to deliver an exceptional Campus Recruitment service, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process.  As part of the HR Recruiting Team for Mexico, the Recruiter Analyst will manage the following responsibilities:
 
  • Recruiting for all Line of Business roles for Mexico at the junior levels
  • Represent the firm on campus by presenting to students on opportunities available;
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute on-campus branding and marketing;
  • Develop, manage and grow the relationships with career services to facilitate the recruiting process;
  • Facilitate school events, develop and deliver general presentations, including special events such as diversity and women's events as well;
  • Analyze recruiting statistics and metrics on an on-going basis and provide trends and recommendations to key stakeholders and execute changes;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Identify the appropriate channels to market available roles and attract top talent
  • Partner with Local and Regional HR teams
  • Support and drive the campus recruitment process end-to-end
  • Prescreen resumes and interview candidates
  • Interact with clients, present candidates and prepare reports, as needed
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback
  • Respond to audit related issues.
  • 2 years of business or recruiting experience;
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven relationship management skills across all levels and within the team;
  • Strong presentation skills in large and small group settings;
  • Drive and energy which engages those involved in recruiting; sense of urgency;
  • Assessment/ interviewing skills;
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Fluency in English.
