CCB is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings. Chase is investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments and to enable Chase to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.
 
The online and mobile channels for Chase currently support more than 32 million active customers; 9 million customers interact with us daily, making Chase the most visited banking portal in the US.   Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.
 
The CCB Digital Aggregator team is partnering with Third Parties to allow our customers to download financial information quickly and safely.  
 
As a Digital Project manager you will help drive strategic objectives; often where an Agile-methodology is utilized; ensuring the projects meet the approved business goals on schedule.  Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors, quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, and the ability to identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. 

As a CCB Digital Aggregator Project Manager, you will provide program support across all Aggregator projects within J.P. Morgan Chase's Digital applications (including Chase Online).
Responsibilities include:
- Project management of the integration  and onboarding of third party aggregator applications within the Digital ecosystem
- Rollout of new capabilities and features; partnering with Third Parties to allow our customers to download financial information quickly and safely
- Demand management and mapping of project work to business value
- Issue tracking, escalation, and impact quantification
- Track and communicate program status to multiple levels of the organization

Qualifications:

 

•    Minimally a Bachelor's Degree; in Engineering, Business Management, or Technology related fields a major plus
•    10+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on technology project management
•    Accomplishments in project leadership and policy/standards development
•    Candidate should be able to manage people and projects at a senior level, including ability to lead cross-functional discussions and project reviews
•    Excellent business acumen with a strong ability to map business requirements to technical solutions
•    Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
•    Ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community
•    Ability to drive and craft senior level reporting and metrics
•    Ability to build a strong people network within a large organization - effecting change and communicating clearly
•    Solid understanding of technology, operations, and business processes
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:
•   Passion for fintech, mobile & web technology and knowledge of industry structure, trends and influential companies in financial data aggregation and/or API Banking
•   Demonstrated understanding of financial sector, or other large organization, security and IT infrastructures
•   Data Analysis – understand, interpret, validate, manipulate data using excel and other tools, and present conclusions and recommendation

•   Strong understanding of perimeter and core infrastructure security, including an excellent understanding of web, server, messaging and database platforms
