Who we are
The Technology Resiliency Management team is responsible for ensuring that CIB demonstrates, and improves, the resiliency of its applications. Our team interacts with our partners in Application Development, Corporate and Global Infrastructure teams. The CIB business relies heavily on having stable and resilient applications to be able to provide clients and governments with a first class service, all the time.
Our team understands regulatory requirements, drives company policy and engages with support teams to ensure that the 1000+ applications design, build, test and, in an incident, execute recovery plans efficiently and effectively

You will be focused on driving resiliency compliance across CIB through:
  • Providing automated solutions for data capture, reporting and communications to both the central resiliency and our resiliency partners in the CIB business areas.
  • Developing reports on key metrics on the CIB position and outlook.
  • Ensure identified applications meet external regulatory resiliency testing requirements.
  • Consistently review processes for effectiveness, identifying areas for improvements.
  • Provide communication materials designed for technical audiences.
  • Provide MD level summaries and status reports to a defined schedule.
  • Be comfortable partnering with technologists within GTI, Corporate Technology and within CIB.
Who are we hiring?
We are looking for an ambitious technologist to help drive the resiliency controls agenda. Ideally you will have:
  • You will be experienced in using Excel, ideally developing macros.
  • You may have experience in using Selenium to automate routine tasks.
  • You will have an interest in using Symphony and other collaboration methods to collect and distribute information.
  • You enjoy the challenge of coming up with creative ways to display management information and improve communication.
  • You have an eye for detail and know the importance of accuracy.
  • You understand the importance of resiliency and an appreciation of its role in production management
