As an MB Associate, Individual will manage about 30-40 plus staff members with 4-6 or more direct reports and the remaining reporting to his/her directs.  Provide Leadership, Direction & Vision to the Team. Responsible for the Group's deliverables in line with Business unit priorities. An individual will handle the exception items, resolve complex issues, review and recommend system modifications and monitor daily business. In this position, you will also be involved in hiring process, retaining top talent, coordinate with management and other supervisors to resolve problems and work on special projects. You can expect to have interaction with counterparts in donor location and company employees outside your immediate work area.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ownership of all Process SLAs and accuracy.
  • Ownership, resolution of Customer Impact issues, Service Failures, implementation of preventive measures.
  • Establish a Culture & mindset  of 'Customer comes First' in all teams
  • Collaboration with Managers across the Globe to help the organization meet its Objectives
  • Work on Succession Planning within the team at all levels
  • Establish sound Employee Engagement Practices related to Objectives Setting, Appraisals, Development Plans, Retention Strategies, Employee Motivation
  • Foster Continuous Improvement Culture within the Team
  • Establish Efficient Hiring practices & ensure right quality talent is hired
  • Give Direction & help provide Mobility to Top Talent
  • Establish an environment of Risk Awareness, controls &  compliance, through planned inspection, results review, Process & metrics review, action plans for red flags, deviations
  • Drive Capacity Planning exercise within teams, on a periodic basis & implement necessary steps
  • Track effectiveness of BCP Plans & ensure Control Self-Assessment action plans are implemented within the stipulated time frame
  • Provide Direction during Change Management events & proactively prepare the teams to respond to the same
  • Play a leadership role in strategic projects involved in or assigned

Qualifications:
  • Graduate with around 8 to 12 years of experience, including Data research, Processing and People Management
  • Understanding of Mortgage document and I vault knowledge are preferred skills
  • Previous experience in banking is a must and Mortgage is preferred
  • Strong process orientation and control identification and implementation ability.
  • Skills to independently manage and own process and people related deliverables.
  • Self-driven to drive a strong team culture based on the firms culture and conduct expectations.
  • Strong collaboration ability with ease in communication and be engaged with remote management reporting structure.

Ability to be engaged in all global efforts related to business and contributes with appropriate dialogue.
