The Role: EMEA Distribution Support (EDS) Analyst

The EMEA Distribution Support (EDS) controls the flow of information about Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and non-registered UCITS Funds between the investment desks, sales teams, our prospects and clients.

The team serves as a knowledge centre for investment desks and sales teams needing support on the placement and distribution of these funds in EMEA.


  • Handling internal and external client queries within agreed deadlines and service levels
  • Providing marketing collateral to Sales in compliance with local laws, rules, and regulations
  • Promote Safe Selling
  • Support the Due Diligence process that our prospects and clients perform on our Funds
  • Networking with key partners from Sales, Investment Desks and Operations to promote efficiency and optimize client experience
  • Ensuring the maintenance and control of internal administrative tools & applications
  • Control of risk, ensuring awareness of procedures and company policies. Ensure strong departmental controls are delivered accordingly, support the management team in the mitigation of risk
  • Participate in joint missions with other locations and business lines to support Sales, Legal and  Compliance initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing market regulations to ensure business process is in line with corporate and regulatory standards


  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in languages mentioned above), eager to deliver outstanding service
  • Minimum of 2 years client servicing experience in the financial sector
  • Strong client service attitude. Bright, enthusiastic, motivated problem solver. Team player, but able to work independently.
  • Confident, professional approach to deal with internal and external partners. Able to adapt communication style with multiple counterparties.
  • Able to operate in a fast changing environment
