The Corporate Sector Finance Organization supports a number of Corporate Sector groups by providing executive level presentations, reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting of group financials and headcount. The group also partners with functional teams to track and measure progress against strategic and control objectives, in addition to developing and reporting on operational and headcount metrics.
Reporting to the HR Finance lead, the role will provide financial and analytical support for F/W HR, CAO & Tech Training. The collective budget for the above listed groups is ~$650MM and 3,000 headcount.
Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Level Presentations on strategy, budget, controls, risks, etc.
  • Drive business performance and annual planning by partnering with central P&A and the management teams to provide financial data analysis
  • Conduct analyses to drive further insights and promote continuous process improvement to best practices
  • Partner with the management team of the above listed groups assisting the CFO to ensure that all senior managers understand their respective budgets
  • Ensure the ongoing direct communication with management teams so that all current headcount projections and business initiatives are properly represented in the group’s outlook and budget
  • Partner with corporate sector finance shared hubs to make sure outlook and budget is properly reflected in the financial reporting systems
  • Manage the completion of monthly and quarterly corporate finance deliverables including interaction with shared hub teams
Experience/Skillset Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years experience, financial analysis and reporting experience preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting /finance
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Clear communication skills with MD level managers, ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Leadership, relationship building and influencing skills to drive agenda’s across a number of functions
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently
