Our team
The EMEA TS Corporate Sales coverage team is part of the Global Corporate Bank and responsible for all EMEA HQ Corporates.  The TS Sales role and responsibility combines managing existing client relationships and building new business.  The teams work closely with the various TS product areas of Core Cash, Liquidity Management, FX, Escrow, as well as the Merchant Services and Commercial Card product teams.
 
The Germany / Austria TS Sales Team comprises today of 3 personnel located in Frankfurt and supports German and Austrian headquartered Large Corporate clients globally.
The team is accountable for sales initiatives to increase JPMorgan's TS revenues and bottom-line contribution. This includes delivery of the firm to the in-country client franchise and growing cross-border revenues. In addition the team head is also responsible for the overall TS business of the German legal entity.
 
Opportunity
The Analyst will work with the TS corporate sales team and the corporate bankers, assisting them with the development and maintenance of client TS relationships (business intelligence, marketing Assisting TS sales manager in managing internal aspects of client relationships
  • Assisting the TS country head in managing the TS business for the legal entity
  • Preparing internal memos, relationship reviews, account plans, client portfolios, pipeline reporting
  • Conducting industry and company research
  • Maintain internal reports including deal tracking and pipeline reports
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new business
  • Support the sales manager with answering RFPs and play an (pro-)active role in client relationships
  • Assist in Know-your-customer process
  • Prepare internal forms for billing of new clients/new products, control correct bills after implementation
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships to create cross sales opportunities.
  • Assist and prepare contributions for industry segment conferences.
  • Assist in back-up for client coverage
  • Develop strong (global) partnerships with functional business partners (including Corporate Banking, TS Product Management, TS Operations, TS Implementation, TS Customer Service, TS Risk Management, TS Legal & Compliance, TS Credit Support) to promote cohesive and effective service and product delivery to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar with outstanding academic credentials
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Commercial mind-set and ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and writing skills in German and English
  • Ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients globally
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment where you can demonstrate strong partnership
  • High level of motivation, dependability, intelligence & a team player
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
