As a Business Systems Analyst for the Configuration, Execution and Build Release Readiness team, you are given the responsibility of validating as well as qualifying business and system configurations related to a number of Card Applications/Systems.  These configurations determine every aspect of how Credit Cards are processed on a daily basis from pricing and rewards to plastics and forms.  This includes providing system expertise to assist in defining requirements, translating business requirements into system configurations and analyzing system configurations to ensure they align with business objectives while considering performance or downstream implications to the system as part of projects and marketing campaigns.  Your evaluation and execution against these builds will be critical to ensure we mitigate any risk to having errors or logic discrepancies.  An assessment as well as evidence of your validation will be required to be provided to ensure we meet audit expectations.   
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or comparable work experience
  • Works well both independently and in a group
  • Strong Quality Control background
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to communicate with all levels of management
  • Experience with TSYS (C3) Green screens or related applications
  • Must be able to breakdown business/functional requirements technical specifications
  • Ability to execute program scripts
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment
  • Detail oriented and technically savvy
  • Experience executing SQL queries
  • Candidate must possess independent decision making skills

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to write complex SQL queries a plus
  • Basic understanding of C3 options structures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data import/export functions, pivot tables, charts, graphs and Visual Basic scripting
  • Knowledge and Experience using End User Request Center (EURC) a plus
  • Knowledge and experience using Production Validation Accounts a plus
