Role Description:
The core role will be supporting the EMEA Treasury Services in the following capacity:
  • Proactively engage with business and functional partners to provide business performance analyses to facilitate business progression and growth
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Business in TS EMEA
  • Create and present thoughtful analytics independently on segment and/or product performance
  • Work in partnership with functional partners (Risk, Compliance, Business Control Office, Finance etc) on regulatory agenda, ascertain its impact and facilitate communication with the business
  • Support execution of Treasury Services strategy by working closely with the business partners and track progress
  • Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc business related townhalls, offsites agenda and presentations, business reviews
  • Ensure the business is in compliance with line of business and corporate-wide objectives/policies
  • Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across Banking
  • Create thoughtful analytics to address business issues and be able to independently generate forward-looking solutions
  • Provide global liaison to align objectives and initiatives and communicate / present to global partners
  • Contribution to the EMEA/Global F&BM agenda (priorities, projects, events)
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong presentation skills and experience to work with Microsoft Office Powerporint
  • Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Business management experience
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated and effective under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritise requests and multi-task
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player
  • Ability to work well individually and partner effectively
  • Pro-active and problem solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
  • Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls with a view to improve.
