Chase Pay is the firm's digital wallet which offers customers a simple, rewarding and secure way to use Chase credit and debit card products to make purchases at participating merchants.
The Chase Pay Project Manager will be responsible for directing and managing large and / or complex projects spanning several lines of business in the JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) organization. The individual will also have experience in the Agile methodology and to be a part of the transformation effort currently underway.The individual in this role will be part of the Digital group and will be assigned to manage high priority technology and non-technology dependent efforts with significant financial, process, and organizational impacts that cut across multiple business lines and functions.  Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors, quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, and the ability to identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. 
 

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or other related field preferred and or (5-10) years of Financial Industry experience.
    • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional projects and initiatives
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to influence change and communicate with diverse stakeholders
    • Excellent relationship and communication skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility
    • A demonstrated bias for action, creative problem-solving, and achieving fulfilment by “creating order out of chaos”
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
    • Project management certification desirable
    • Ability to travel 10-15%
