At Employee Compliance Technology we are re-engineering the way our 260,000 employees remain Compliant with the firms Policies and Procedures. We follow an agile, innovative approach to software delivery and have a diverse team of software engineers who focus on business value and user experience.
What do we do?
Using the twelve factor app methodology we are taking monolithic systems and creating micro-services that are cloud ready. We are building new Employee Compliance services covering Employee Designations (EPIC), Licensing & Registrations, Personal Account Dealing and Anti-Corruption using Java and AngularJS technologies.
Who are we looking for?
The Designation (EPIC) program is the strategic repository for the firms Employee Designations. There is a need to continue to expand the list of designations held within the system and speed up the onboarding process from 6 weeks to 2 weeks. A new team in Hyderabad will be created to progress the project.
  • 4-6 years active Java development experience
  • Fast learning, enjoy solving complex problems and creating simple solutions.
  • Having mixed experiences with different technologies ranging from Unix Shell scripting, Database store procedure understanding, Object-Oriented programming, to HTML/JavaScript development.
  • Enjoy improving productivity through strategic automation tools and quality through automated tests.
  • Proactively look to develop, implement and further best practices across the group.
  • Works well with others and understands the importance of the team
