Job Description:
LATAM WCOB NB Planning & MIS is seeking for an associate to join the team located in Sao Paulo. Planning & MIS team is responsible for metrics generation, location strategy planning and execution related to COB teams in the region, support to WCOB Finance team on the financial planning and control, covering headcounts control and budget planning and analysis, besides the preparation of presentations and reports requested by different teams. The associate will work on several activities requiring interaction with other COB team members in the region and also the Global MIS team. Project orientation is required to develop consistent reports and conduct improvement across the COB process itself as well as the Metrics automation.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage metrics generation routine including the daily, weekly and monthly processes;
  • Support the LATAM WCOB teams in the generation of specific metrics/reports required locally in each country;
  • Precisely share the information with the right audience and understand the income needs in order to anticipate data requirements;
  • Manage automation projects with Global teams, prioritizing LATAM needs;
  • Present regional calls to gather information and escalate important topics on a weekly basis.
Qualifications include:
  • Graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology and Engineering;
  • Presentation skills with focus on preparation of Executive Summaries;
  • Manage priorities on activities execution and delegation;
  • Work independently with self prioritization and attention to deadlines;
  • Ability to perform diverse and complex tasks with accuracy and attention to details;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • Summarization skills on communication to present ideas to the Senior Management;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.  Fluency in Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office package is mandatory. Proficiency in Excel and/or Access is mandatory. VBA as a plus.
