Job Description:
The Business Banking Marketing Team is responsible for managing our digital business content, sales support materials, and administrative functions.  We are seeking to expand our team with a talented professional who will lead the administrative areas of our business. The candidate will possess an understanding of our product and service suite, our operational models, and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization including sales, finance, controls, operations and legal. This role will be an important contributor to our line of business objective supporting sound business practices.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Business Administration
    • Responsible for writing and maintaining the line of business Policies and Procedures
    • Key partner for the Office of Legal Obligations Mapping process
    • Manages projects to ensure compliance with sound business practices including:
      • Record retention
      • Resiliency planning
      • Risk assessment mapping
      • Legal/Compliance partnership
      • Audit and control agenda response
    • Third Party Oversight and Vendor Sourcing
  • Financial Management
    • Updates the marketing budget and supports the reconciliation process
    • Administers business case and invoice management
       
  • Project Management
    • Leads business projects such as product conversions
    • Maintains partnerships with key groups such as operations and technology
    • Partners with stakeholders on customer privacy management initiatives
  • 4 year degree in Marketing, Legal Studies, Finance, Communications
  • 5+ years of relevant field  or equivalent experience
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
