JPMC Cyber Security is chartered with managing and directing the security programs focused on the discipline of cyber security design, implementation, analytics, threats, monitoring, response, and investigation across the organization. Our core services are focused on assuring the security of the computing environment, protecting customer and employee confidential information, and complying with regulatory requirements globally. This is accomplished through strong information risk governance, active collaboration with business risk managers, and providing high quality security solutions and services which enable improving the organization's overall risk posture.
The Global Cyber Security team is moving to a strong product centric organization to improve its strategic focus, business engagement, stakeholder management and business value. The product management teams own product strategies, roadmaps, investment programs, work activities and are the primary business liaison into the Lines of Business.  This role will work closely with the Product Owner on managing the strategy, engaging with stakeholders and executing the book of work.
We are seeking a Cloud Security Product Lead with hands on product/program management experience who has an ability to develop technical recommendations. The Cloud Security Lead will be part of the cloud platform group within Cyber Security Product Management organization.  Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead strategic discussions on business outcomes, requirements and value
  • Lead strong change in how work is organized, executed and measured
  • Help bring to life the product organization construct
  • Bring together virtual teams of people around business value, aligned to a product portfolio
  • Liaise with an extensive range of business stakeholders to align programs of work, oversee program delivery and track business value
  • Organize multi year roadmaps and programs of work
  • Manage backlog, work flow and prioritization
  • Link business and technical stakeholders together for unified outcomes
  • Present to key senior executive stakeholders
  • Develop regular cadence of reporting and awareness
  • Complement institutional knowledge with industry trends / best practices to develop governance frameworks, guiding principles, and detailed design of organizational constructs
  • Provide directional insights and inputs into Culture, People Agenda, Training and Development, Internal branding, Communications, and various Transformation / Change management efforts
  • Plan, mobilize, influence, and drive Change in a complex, highly-matrixed environment
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology working with cutting edge technology
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management with an emphasis on information security solutions for virtualization and cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing cloud services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) offered from public cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, etc.)
  • Experience with a broad set of scalable information security technologies and within cloud environments
  • Understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) security requirements
  • Understanding of agile infrastructures
  • Understanding of enterprise IT security risk assessments and related frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 270XX, NIST CSF, NIST 800-XX, COBIT, etc.) and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated success in leading global organizational transformation programs, driving business value and  long term success
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
  • Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential. Comfortable working in a matrix management model with stakeholders and virtual teams across global locations
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to independently and effectively participate in strategic collaborations with peers across the firm
  • Experience in management consulting or internal consulting desired
