Job Description:
CB Business Management is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Associate to help lead the development of reporting, analytics and operational metrics in support of the newly formed Centers of Excellence (COEs). Primary responsibilities will include standard reporting, data analysis, Dashboard development, capacity modeling and forecasting, and cost analysis. The Associate will have the opportunity to partner closely with key CB Business Management leads to develop a strong understand of the business.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated analytical and reporting support on operational metrics, reporting, and analytics
  • Lead the development of new reporting to provide improved transparency into COE performance and key trends
  • Develop strong understanding of all data sources in order to facilitate analysis and decision making
  • Assist the business in extracting key insights from data and developing recommendations based on data analysis
  • Partner closely with offshore Data, Analytics, and Tools (DAT) team on development of insightful Dashboards, including requirements gathering, design, and testing
  • Serve as primary owner for all reporting, including training, communication, and ad hoc user support
  • Partner with business to conduct time studies, including design, training, administration, and data analysis for development of capacity models
  • Oversee all standard reporting to ensure successful and timely delivery
 
  • 5+ years of experience preferably across both operations management and analytical/MIS roles
  • Proven history of delivering timely, high quality, C-level reporting and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills; able to think-through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner
  • Proficiency with SQL and the BI tools (Qlikview, MSBI, Tableau, COGNOS)
  • Expert-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Independent and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset, but also a team player capable of working collaboratively and developing strong partnerships
