The CFS group offers leading cash and short-term investment solutions. The main focus is to strategically sell liquidity products, review pricing, product development, technological improvement and financial alignment.


The Liquidity Finance team provides strategic support to LOB Finance Senior Management and Investor Services Cash group as it relates to NII and Balance Sheet. The team owns budgeting, forecasting and financial analytics and reporting. It partners with a number of individuals across the firm to achieve its mission

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • CFS Liquidity P&L, balances & Spreads analysis
  • Actively engage in CFS LOB forecasting and planning process, interact with Business Management, P&A and Liquidity Product teams
  • Participate in month end close activities including review of financial data, investigating significant variances and transactions, fluctuation analysis, preparation of financial reporting deliverables, etc.
  • Support Business ad hoc requests as needed
  • Prepare Liquidity Reports, Walks forwards and Key-Drivers analysis
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance Senior Management understanding of profitability drivers
  • Understand and contribute to the control framework of the business
  • Monthly/Quarterly Legal Entity Controller & regulatory reporting compliance.
  • Manage and support key finance projects

  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Accounting/Finance background
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and execute on a variety of deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and be creative with ad hoc requests
  • Self-Motivated and Results Driven
  • Ability to implement and maintain effective controls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Needs to be very comfortable handling large amounts of data using Access and Excel
  • Knowledge of MIS , Paragon/Essbase and Business Objects applications is a great plus
  • Knowledge of liability balances, net interest income, funds transfer pricing will be added advantage
