The CB Client On-boarding (CBCO) group is seeking a Implementation Associate  who will oversee the set-up of client billing, the validation for set up/maintenance requests, manage billing exceptions and advise on risk and approvals for these requests.  This team will enhance the client’s experience by ensuring the reduction of errors and faster client resolution timeframes. 
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and validates Set-up/ Maintenance requests submitted on the following forms for Domestic accounts on Computer Associates Profitability (CAP) billing system:
    • Western Hemisphere (WHEM) Exception Pricing Form
    • WHEM Exception Rates & Maintenance
    • CAP Multi-group Pricing Form
    • Treasury Services Billing (TSB) Payment Form
    • Dealer Commercial Services (DCS)/CB Temp Waive Form
    • Statement Reprint Request Form
  • Ensures completeness, accuracy, screening for impact and CB Approval Policy has been followed.
  • Identifies and collaborates with management related to non-standard processes and data anomalies.
  • Maintains documentation associated with custom invoice generation procedures.
  • Understands and reviews client fee schedules to identify non-compliance with pricing or schematic structures.
  • Secures distribution of client invoices using standard security measures designed for billing.
  • Collaborates with billing client experience teams in identifying and resolution of billing disputes or data corrections.
  • Provides ongoing identification of non-standard billing processes, including identifying and gathering billing data needed to assist in implementing automated solutions.
  • Partners with production support and technology partners to identify and implement process automation to achieve ongoing operational efficiencies.
  • Participates in new system enhancement or new product testing which may be required during user acceptance testing or production validation testing cycles.
  • Proficient with technology and systems and capable of applying knowledge to operations and understanding the overall infrastructure and business implications.
  • Ensures a positive client experience through the delivery and follow-up on daily billing deliverables and special initiatives and the management of multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive and responsive communicator.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Treasury Service pricing and billing experience
  • 2 -3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word; MS Access knowledge a plus
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate/Commercial Banking
  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting
