Chase Consumer & Community Banking serves nearly 66 million consumers and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services through our 137,000 employees.  Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Our Risk Management professionals work directly with Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Auto/Student Loan, Card and Commerce Services, Chase Wealth Management and Mortgage Banking to minimize, monitor and control the probability of risk events and mitigate the impact of risk events that do occur.
The Home Lending Risk Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is responsible for business management, internal and external executive reporting, planning & analysis, and administrative support for all areas of Home Lending (HL) Risk. 
This position will focus primarily on executive summaries and regulatory reporting, such as business reviews and executive level commentary. The position requires strong writing, reporting and analytical skills and must execute the following objectives:
  • Manage executive summary reporting for senior management and both internal and external regulatory third parties such as the Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Federal Reserve Board (FRB)
  • Compile business reviews for senior management
  • Develop executive management presentations for meetings, town halls and road shows
  • Provide monitoring and analysis of risks for all HL Risk units
  • Create and maintain a standardized business management/summary process for HL Risk reporting and functions




  • Minimum of  7 years of experience in a senior business management/business analyst  position
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong business writing, communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be used in evaluation and interpretation of data
  • Highest level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines, respond immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong priority management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain professional documentation for internal and external reporting purposes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) 
  • Knowledge of risk management principles
  • Home Lending experience preferred
