Overview:  you will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates across our North America CIB businesses. As a Campus Recruiting Business Advisor, you will have deep expertise across a range of recruiting practices and an in-depth understanding of the competitive hiring market gained from experience as an in-house recruiter or within a recruiting supplier organization. You will have a strategic perspective on capability gaps within the organization and expertise in translating this into an achievable resource plan. You will be a trusted advisor to key internal stakeholders, leading the development and execution of the analyst/associate-level headcount forecasting/workforce planning; utilizing historical data to meet the needs of the business, considering initial hiring numbers across all programs, delivering a strong summer internship experience in partnership with the business/L&D/program managers, managing the placement process and ensuring strong summer intern conversions.
Core Responsibilities
  • Continue to develop and improve the campus recruitment strategy for the CIB business
  • Work with the business to determine annual analyst/associate and intern hiring needs
  • Ensure our recruitment strategy allows for diverse hiring: school selection, on-campus recruiting activities, scholarships, building relationships with diversity organizations and through training within our programs
  • Build understanding of various roles within CIB and across the LOBs; compare/contrast to a variety roles in other key US markets
  • Partner with the business to build appropriate sourcing strategies leveraging the best talent sources, as well as understanding the ideal candidate profile;  Communicate this to the Campus Specialist team
  • Ensure fairness and consistency with our global assessment and evaluation processes; Facilitate and manage a seamless interview process including resume review, informational and SuperDays
  • Ensure the business selects senior level interviewers for SuperDays
  • Drive a robust selling process to ensure high conversions at all stages of recruitment
  • With the Operations team, design, implement, and manage the all summer intern programs
  • Partnering with Campus Development Specialist, develop and execute recruiting strategy
  • Manage and grow the relationships with the business and broader HR
  • Day to day supervision and development of Recruiting Coordinators
  • Work across the HR function on various projects and initiatives
Required Experience
  • Proven ability to achieve quality and quantity hiring goals, as well as diversity hiring practices
  • Ability to make difficult decisions, balancing individual team needs and the demands of the overall organization and HR function. 
  • Strong track record of managing high quality internship and pipeline programmes
  • Excellent communication skills to educate the hiring teams/managers on campus resourcing life cycle, forecast planning and their roles within in the process
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and successfully manage change across programs as process improvements and enhancements require

  • Capability to increase key stakeholder satisfaction and drive efficiency across recruiting practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting lifecycle and developing talent pipelines. Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, processes and procedures, as well as employment laws and practices
  • Capability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
  • Ability to extrapolate information and data; capacity to quickly learn complex concepts and understand how to apply them in unique situations
  • Exceptional judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Creative and strategic mind-set with ability to drive projects and initiatives forward
    Flex Responsibilities
  • During periods of high volumes the full team will be assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of key initiatives
