Analyse department and system design proposed to create controls and manage risk for various business functions within the Operations Department. Collaborate with external partners to review functional specs and work requests with external / internal audit to minimize risk through ensuring there are adequate controls. Work with department managers to evaluate Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes, and make procedural/ departmental changes as needed. Define roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders accountable for risk management processes, establish and track requirements, escalate and ensure issues/decisions are resolved, manage changes, document and participate in testing requirements, create and manage implementation plans, lead/participate in meetings at the operational and project level.
Operational Risk & Control Analyst Job Function: Coordinate with Operations managers and functional partners to advance Chase Wealth Management’s (CWM’s) operations risk and control initiatives. Analyse CWM Operations risk and control environment for continuous process improvement and perform control effectiveness testing.
