digital experience across the entire life cycle for both clients and advisors, creating a compelling Omni-channel

Digital Product Strategy Overview:
Digital Wealth Management is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Product Strategist to be part of the
rapidly growing Digital Wealth Management team, a cross-LOB Firm-wide strategic initiative across Global Wealth
Management (GWM) and Chase Wealth Management (CWM). In this role, the candidate will drive and manage
short term and long term roadmap using their expertise and influencing skills to optimize the client experience
within mobile and web. Collaboration with the front office, product owners and technology will be required to
develop a unified customer experience across all varieties of client needs.

Day-to-day execution of product strategy efforts, working with a cross-functional and cross-LOB teams,
contributing thought leadership to efforts as well
Assist with the development, maintenance and management of the rolling multi-year product roadmaps for the
DWM Product Strategy team, in close partnership with all key stakeholders
Assist with the 1 year prioritization of technical releases, working closely with tech partners to ensure synchronization
Assist in developing strategic communications and presentations to senior management
Develop effective communications to the team and other business partners
Support the DWM Product planning efforts, participate in planning discussions, coordinate and
consolidate submissions from Digital Leadership team and DWM Strategy & Operations, help
Manage the development of financial & business cases for strategic projects
Support the execution and progress tracking of the overall DWM program
Review and analyse client and advisor feedback in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations for strategic planning
Interface with stakeholders to collect feedback and collaborate on initiatives
Opportunities to identify product strategy gaps and own projects where needed
