The Digital Wealth Management Digital team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless
digital experience across the entire life cycle for both clients and advisors, creating a compelling Omni-channel
experience that both creates efficiencies for clients and advisors and enhances their relationships. We build the
strategic vision and execute programs to bring to life this digital experience, driving 360-degree client engagement.
Our organization works closely with the business, both in Global Wealth Management and Chase Wealth
Management, with teams aligned to front-office regions, service teams, strategy and solutions teams, marketing and
technology. This structure enables us to create solutions that drive revenue, increase advisor efficiency, improve
client satisfaction and grow market share.
 
Digital Product Strategy Overview:
Digital Wealth Management is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Product Strategist to be part of the
rapidly growing Digital Wealth Management team, a cross-LOB Firm-wide strategic initiative across Global Wealth
Management (GWM) and Chase Wealth Management (CWM). In this role, the candidate will drive and manage
short term and long term roadmap using their expertise and influencing skills to optimize the client experience
within mobile and web. Collaboration with the front office, product owners and technology will be required to
develop a unified customer experience across all varieties of client needs.
 
The successful candidate will be client and outcome-focused with a practical orientation to developing and
maintaining an product roadmap, with a style that fosters teamwork and
collaboration.
 
Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding
analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for digital channels.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day execution of product strategy efforts, working with a cross-functional and cross-LOB teams,
    contributing thought leadership to efforts as well
  • Assist with the development, maintenance and management of the rolling multi-year product roadmaps for the
    DWM Product Strategy team, in close partnership with all key stakeholders
  • Assist with the 1 year prioritization of technical releases, working closely with tech partners to ensure synchronization
  • Assist in developing strategic communications and presentations to senior management
  • Develop effective communications to the team and other business partners
  • Support the DWM Product planning efforts, participate in planning discussions, coordinate and
    consolidate submissions from Digital Leadership team and DWM Strategy & Operations, help
    prioritize initiatives
  • Manage the development of financial & business cases for strategic projects
  • Support the execution and progress tracking of the overall DWM program
  • Review and analyse client and advisor feedback in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations for strategic planning
  • Interface with stakeholders to collect feedback and collaborate on initiatives
  • Opportunities to identify product strategy gaps and own projects where needed
     
     

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Digital, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance,
  • Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, a private bank, or closely related financial services organization.
  • Experience in a Digital discipline, or a demonstrated interest in both Digital and strategy.
  • Well-rounded skill set ranging from high quantitative aptitude to effective business writing.
  • Experience within an Agile Development Framework (helpful but not required).
  • Proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic, with adaptability to work beyond standard hours during busy periods and/or to meet tight deadlines.
  • Performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision.
  • Extremely organized in taking a comprehensive project management approach to all work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in order to produce accurate work product in a time crunch.
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; proficiency with SharePoint, Visio and Adobe Professional are a plus.
