Team Member – Investor Support


 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • The primary responsibility is to ensure delivery of fund related communications for Alternative Investments to clients via hardcopy or e-delivery
  • Additional responsibilities will include verification of analysis done on GAP Fund Performances or Flash Reports, rendered Tax Documents and make them available Online
  • The role requires attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor the WM Investor Support mailbox and process the requests as per instructions and defined SLAs
  • Revert to requestor for clarification when data is incorrect/ incomplete information
  • Any Adhoc Rush requests to be serviced within the SLA specified for each activity
  • The day ends with daily work tracking and maintenance of Daily Logs. (KPI)
  • All requests received until 5.00 pm EST to be processed the same day.
  • All requests received after 5.00 pm EST to be processed the next day.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications
  • Degree (Bachelors OR Masters) in Commerce, Business Administration OR Finance
Minimum experience
  • Minimum 0-2 years of work experience
  • Any additional professional degree will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Basic understanding of financial/alternative products and its life cycle
  • Understanding of troubleshooting client experience issues and be able to quickly determine sensitivity to business risk
  • Any prior exposure to document rendering, management, reconciliation and  upload a plus
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (including advanced Excel with macros)
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of banking operations
  • Have an affinity or ability for systems thinking.
