Job Description:
The International Coverage Executive role is an individual contributor role, primarily responsible for developing business from under penetrated clients/prospects and expected to build pipeline and achieve new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities will be to develop new business from clients within a specific industry/segment.  The ICE will be expected to sell products with value to the firm of approximately 3-3.5M (goal will vary by position) as well as build a strong pipeline.  In order to achieve the sales goal, each ICE is expected to execute a comprehensive selling strategy in conjunction with Product and the International Product Specialists in the US.  The role will also require very strong collaboration with client service, operations, technology, risk, credit, legal in order to optimize delivery. The ICE will also be responsible for actively gaining a thorough understanding of the market, the industry in which the client operates, the client's organizational and operating structure, buying process and business objectives to effectively position JPM and solutions optimally. 
Specific Job Requirements:
Strong experience selling cash management products or in relationship management roles with knowledge of such products and overall business acumen (5-7 years industry experience)
Clear command of competitors' products, strategies and value propositions
Proficiency in identifying and exploiting supplemental sales opportunities
Demonstrated ability to position and close new business
Ability to assist in the design, sale and delivery of value-added services
Competence in assessing new opportunities/prospecting, contacting key decision makers
Strong account planning and demonstrated execution
Comprehension of customer's industries, business needs and potential solutions
Demonstrated leader through the ability to motivate others and provide a strategic vision
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships across the client's and JPMorgan's organization
Strong ability to influence and negotiation skills
